Esys® The Energy Control Company™ designs and manufactures portable
industrial steam generators for enhanced oil recovery (EOR)
via thermal injection. Our trailer mounted once-through steam generators
(OTSG) are a proven enhanced oil recovery technology
used across the full range of EOR techniques including
steamflood, cyclic steam stimulation (CSS), and
steam injection to improve enhanced oil production
from heavy crude reservoirs.
Our portable natural gas steam generators operate at up to
2,000 PSIG, making them among the most capable
high pressure steam generators available for
oil field deployment. As a self-contained
mobile steam generator mounted on a DOT rated trailer,
each unit is ready for rapid mobilization to any well site and functions
as a complete oilfield steam generator without requiring
permanent infrastructure or civil works. The
steamflood generator equipment includes an Allen-Bradley
ControlLogix PLC automatic control system, a Low NOx North American burner
with automatic flue gas recirculation, and a full suite of
thermal steam injection equipment and instrumentation.
